The machine has cast iron rigid headstock mounted on a smartly designed stress relieved base. The higher power motor enable high accuracy machining with good surface finish. With an option to use A42 collet or 135mm 3 Jaw hydraulically operated Chuck, user can manufacture different types of complex jobs. LM guides and ball screws are used in both axis for smooth and consistent axial movements. Aesthetically and Ergonomically designed guarding is provided to ease operation visualisation and the user-friendly HMI ensures good working environment and reduced user fatigue.
